Damages and Issues
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ITEMS UNDERGO A QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS TO ENSURE THEY ARE IN PROPER CONDITION BEFORE LEAVING OUR FACILITY.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately or within 24 hours of receipt of your order to report if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate and correct the issue.
To ensure a seamless process, provide evidence of the defect for defective or damaged items, such as a video clearly showing the issue with the item. Once the item has been thoroughly assessed and determined to be defective due to no fault of the customer, we will proceed with the appropriate resolution, whether it be a replacement or refund, in accordance with our policy. However, if the assessment confirms that the item left our business in proper working condition and was not defective at the time of delivery, it will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
In the case of receiving an incorrect item, please send a photo of the item you received in your package. We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned and the correct item to be delivered to you.
Warranty
Electronic items are subject to a 7-day warranty period which means you have up to 7 days after receiving your item to return the item and request a refund should the item fail to work as specified by the manufacturer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and labels, and in its original packaging with accessories included. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated criteria.
To start a return, you can contact us at helpdesk.iluvtoshoptt@yahoo.com with your name, details of the item, proof of purchase, and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll send you further instructions.
You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within (3) business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have up to 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, labels, and in its original packaging with accessories included. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the stated criteria.
To request an exchange, you can contact us at helpdesk.iluvtoshoptt@yahoo.com with your name, details of the item, proof of purchase, and reason for exchange. If your exchange is approved, we’ll send you further instructions.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability, if the replacement item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of equal value.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item and will process the exchange within (3) business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Please remember that your exchange will be delivered by our courier service provider and will be subject to their delivery schedule.
Cancellations
We have an 8-hour cancellation policy, which means you have up to 8 hours after you have purchased to receive a full refund minus a $2.00 bank transaction fee. If 8 hours have elapsed, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of $20 if your package has already been prepared for shipment. If your order has already been dispatched to the courier, it would not be eligible for cancellation.
To cancel an order, WhatsApp us at 868-267-7213 as soon as possible indicating that you would like to cancel your order and the reason for your cancellation (if applicable). If eligible for cancellation, your request will be processed and we will provide confirmation.
Please note:
Cancellations eligible for refunds will be processed within (3) business days to your original payment method.
If your order has been subject to a cancellation fee, it will be deducted from your refund amount.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, if the order is already out for delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests that do not meet the stated criteria.
